The League participates in a variety of community events in and around Alexandria. If your community group would like the AWLA to participate at an upcoming event, please send us and email.

- Let's Talk Live, airing on NewsChannel 8 at 11 AM every other Friday
- The Pet Show with Dr. Katy, airing on NewsChannel 8 at 11 AM on every fifth Saturday
